OWNER
Mr. Nathan Wubishet has nearly a decade of experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance and underwriting. Mr. Wubishet has directly underwritten over 100 real estate finance transactions totaling nearly $1 billion in transaction volume across all asset types over his professional career at KeyBank. Mr. Wubishet also has significant experience as an underwriting consultant with previous clients including Blackrock, Torchlight, Argentic, CWCapital, 3650 REIT, and more. In addition to institutional finance experience, Mr. Wubishet attended and graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2016 with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis, and has been a real estate investor in Kansas City since 2018.
Mr. Wubishet owned and operated single and multi-family properties in Kansas City, generating total annualized returns of 28% over the life of the investments, demonstrating an ability to identify exemplary investment opportunities and execute on operations and management.
